The Entrepreneurial Spirit

Entrepreneurs are highly agitated intellectually. They live in the realm of ever visualizing alternatives and consumed with a passion to achieve better results. They aren't people who fancy being pushed around. Their minds always ask questions which regular guys will either never ask or simply gloss over even if it ever cross their minds. They see limitless opportunities and achievable possibilities. They never like to be caged by organizational bereaucracy and unnecessary bottle necks.

Persons who are possessed and fully consumed with entrepreneurial spirit are almost always breaking the boundaries of general knowledge. They are never satisfied or bound to live within the confines of what is considered the regular information. They see regular knowledge as foundational principles which can be extrapolated into other realms of intangible possibilities. They are self dependent, an attribute which average guys and average thinkers unfortunately interpret as "pride".

Entreprenuers are often impatient with guys and organizational structures that create certain men as sole repository ok knowledge and have been venerated by a fossilized system as powers that determine the future of others. When a person is possessed and consumed by "Entrepreneurial Spirit", they almost become critical is a system that thrives on ignorance and average thinking. Put an entrepreneur under the leadership of a mediocre leader and average performer and you will simply create an system that is in the state of agitated flux.

Entrepreneurs are almost always asking the questions "what", "why" and "how" of everything they see. They are not locked in the realm of those who accept there's only one answer to just a situation. They are perceived to always challenge the status quo and are never afraid to confront leaders who are slow in their thinking, decisions and afraid of change. Because they thrive on speed due to their high velocity thinking and incredible frequency to process information, they often are unable to fit into the "regular" organization and therefore feel the need to be their own boss. Inevitably, they jump the ship to follow their passion.

Entrepreneurs are not just risk takers, they take intelligent risks. They weigh options carefully albeit speedily. They are not scared to be pioneers in areas that have remained untested and possibilities unexplored. They comfortably three where "eagles dare". Entrepreneurs are intrinsically self motivated and refuse to be treated as persons on queue in a factory line or simply labeled as a batch. They love to have their own identity, not one grafted into an organization that has not only plateaued in growth and expansion.. But one that has also become an irrelevant entity simply occupying space with little or no impact on the community. #LeadershipBites #AlfredOladapo #GoGetSkills.
