When persons that have spent so much time in career and regular job move into Entrepreneurship. their mentality must undergo a surgical transformation in order to avoid becoming a barrier to their growth and success.
While the regular job and career may have offered them a position and entitlements, it is important to come to grasp that a decision to explore entrepreneurship is simply sequel to enrolling the school of entrepreneurial studies where entitlements, titles and positions are inconsequential to learning.
Although an individual who rose to attain a Managerial title i his career may also assume that same title upfront in the entrepreneurial journey, to live with the same entitlement mentality will certainly be a disaster.
