One sure way to guarantee an Entrepreneur's continuous progress in the journey to find and establish not only the organization but the products and services is what I call "the power of RESPECT". While most entrepreneurs learn to respect and treat their customers well, very few have learned the power of respect for themselves, their workers, their environment, their products, suppliers and their peers.
Entrepreneurs that understand the power of respect will have dedicated and committed staff, dependable peers, strong customer base, friendly environment, wonderful neighbors and unlimited credit worthiness. When an Entrepreneur has learned the art of respect for agreements....even if it is verbal, he/she wins the confidence of the people. Respect for your products or services include its ability to deliver on its promise. Customer base shrinks when an organization violates its promise to deliver to meet or even surpass expectations.
Another factor that makes the entrepreneurial journey to become cumbersome is when the entrepreneur fails to honor the agreement of time. Either time scheduled for manufacturing/production, delivery of goods and services, time scheduled for meeting and appointments...the entrepreneur has embarked on a speedy journey to decline.
