Entrepreneurship requires tenacity and flexibility in order to thrive. Though these two qualities seem to be at opposite ends of a pendulum, yet them are mutually inclusive in the school of entrepreneurial success.
Tenacity is required to keep the journey going in order to achieve results in the face of opposition and hardship. Flexibility is required when looking at options and evaluation of the system..vis a vis the results.
Unfortunately, it requires a delicate balance to engage in both. Sometimes, the doggedness to achieve results birth tenacity, but it can also obstruct the need to explore other options that can deliver quicker better results. But flexibility builds openness and humility. It takes a realistic evaluation and acceptance that what is being done can be accomplished in some other better ways or through the use of other equipment. The ultimate delicate balance that will crystallise success often requires that the entrepreneur is tenaciously flexible. #LeadershipBites #AlfredOladapo #GoGetSkills!
