Growing or Depleting Capacities?

The development and growth of an organization cannot totally be devolved from the capacity and capability of her leaders. They provide the environment, opportunities, direction, set the vision and manage the resources. 
They take crucial decisions and are ultimately responsible for solving problems and building a cohesive team.

in effect, no organization can rise beyond the cumulative intelligence of her leaders. Once the Leaders' capacities are maxed out and totally exhausted, the followers begin a merry-go-round that will eventually waste their innate capacities and potential capabilities. #LeadershipBites #AlfredOladapo #GoGetSkills!
