Concentric Circles of Entrepreneurial Success!

There are three foundational concepts that shape entrepreneurial success in any place and at any time. These are very much operating in concentric circles. These concepts are beyond just factors or parameters...they are existential to the many businesses that have transcend generations and still remain very viable today. Anyone who desire to operate a business outside these is just chasing an illusion that will soon fizzle into the oblivion.

First, Entrepreneurial success begins with the entrepreneur being able to identify what he has passion for, he has capability to learn and acquire information and knowledge in that area and has developed capacity to excel in. While most people project what they have passion for...they fail to acquire capacity and develop capability in that area. This is foundational and non negotiable.

Secondly, Entrepreneurial success is predicated on focusing on what is needed in the environment or ability to discern an environment where the product or services are require. It does not matter how a business is well packaged on a service is well designed, if it is offering what the environment is not in need of then the entrepreneur will certainly experience great frustrations.

Since business is not charity and entrepreneurs do require finances to expand and keep the product in the marketplace, the business must also be able to deal with the concept that the product must be able to trigger a desire to attract payment for it. If the people are unwilling to pay for it, the product remains with the entrepreneur. #LeadershipBites #AlfredOladapo #GoGetSkills.
