When leaders deliberately convince themselves that no one has a better idea about the running the organization than them, the organization is guaranteed to eventually grind to an embarrassing halt.
This is because with every growing organization, there is  need for a collage of intelligent people who will contribute to the ideas pool because a time comes when one persons cannot have the cumulative intelligence to lead appropriately!

Thus, it makes no sense to continue to work in an organization where you complain everyday because the leader's capacity and ability to provide the right ambience that can facilitate the expression of your potential.
