Great leaders who have become a success in their chosen field of endeavor refused to buy into the lie that money is all that is required to successfully start and run a sustainable business. They deliberately refused to be trapped into average thinking and psychological derailment that creates jaundiced thinking.

Entrepreneurs are highly agitated intellectually. They live in the realm of ever visualizing alternatives and consumed with a passion to achieve better results. They aren't people who fancy being pushed around. Their minds always ask questions which regular guys will either never ask or simply gloss over even if it ever cross their minds. They see limitless opportunities and achievable possibilities. They never like to be caged by organizational bereaucracy and unnecessary bottle necks.

Intelligent leaders take no pleasure criticizing their myopic bosses or absorbed in countless ineffectiveness and mediocrity in the organization because know they've ONLY one life and are resolved to make it count.

One of the greatest catalyst that accelerates an individual"s journey to life's failure track and entrepreneurial misadventure is blatant refusal to take responsibility for their lives. Those held captive by such mindsets almost always have a well crafted unending list of expectations. In a nutshell, they usually expect their organizations, bosses, parents, spouses, friends, neighbors, government... to bear the cost of the sacrifices that are prerequisite to their entrepreneurial success.

Any entrepreneurial adventure that begins with a desire to make money has no great future. Ab intio, it has set a shifting goal and uncertain destination. It is guaranteed to operate with a high instability and unreliable decision framework as a chaotic weather.

There are three foundational concepts that shape entrepreneurial success in any place and at any time. These are very much operating in concentric circles. These concepts are beyond just factors or parameters...they are existential to the many businesses that have transcend generations and still remain very viable today. The world has never really been ruled extensively solely by knowledge for if this was so, the world would have not recorded the great inventions that were birthed through creativity and innovation. Successful entrepreneurs do not just invest in knowledge, they intentionally pursue relevant skills.

Entrepreneurial success begins with an unalloyed understanding of what you set out to do, what you want to achieve and above all, why you're doing what you set out to do; the is the motive. An unambiguous crystal clear answers to these questions will surely determine if indeed you have made effective preparation and developed the system that will promote its viability, success and sustainability.

Sustainable Entrepreneurs exploits is not predicated on interests alone. A business that takes off simply on the platform of "interests" is not likely to go far into its future. When entrepreneurs get stuck in their expedition, sometimes the business ttransform to being grounded because the interest has waned. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint-hearted or the fickle minded. It is not a terrain for trial and error. An Entrepreneur that refuses to completely migrate his mind away from paid employment and change his constituency but continues to regularly associate with persons who are sold out to paid employment cannot be committed to his business. S/he will soon start looking for paid employment when the rough times eventually emerge.

While most entrepreneurs learn to respect and treat their customers well, very few have learned the power of respect for themselves, their workers, their environment, their products, suppliers and their peers.

One prevalent challenge most entrepreneurs often struggle with is to learn the discipline of self restraint. While it is good to work hard (which is an indispensable attributes of successful entrepreneurs), it is dangerous to ignore pushing back occasionally.

There's no doubt that one of the factors that drive initiation into the entrepreneurial expenditure is the desire to be your own boss....to have freedom from mediocre managers, fossilized systems that are doomed to fail and to escape outdated structures that stifle an individual's innovation and creativity flow.
