Entrepreneurial Mis-Adventure!

One of the greatest catalyst that accelerates an individual"s journey to life's failure track and entrepreneurial misadventure is blatant refusal to take responsibility for their lives. Those held captive by such mindsets almost always have a well crafted unending list of expectations. In a nutshell, they usually expect their organizations, bosses, parents, spouses, friends, neighbors, government... to bear the cost of the sacrifices that are prerequisite to their entrepreneurial success. 

An individual who deliberately or ignorantly chooses to be irresponsible has obviously embraces a misaligned path to resounding disappointment and guaranteed failure. Such persons always have a catalog if individuals to blame for their misfortunes...except themselves! They begin by temporarily delegating their assignments and finally graduate into permanently transferring their responsibilities to others.

They eventually have a litany of expectations that must be met by "others" in order to enjoy a meaningful life. They expect "friends" to sponsor their weddings, "parents and others" to finance the business they want to start, the company or organization they work for to be responsible for their personal development and training, Pastors to pay their rents, and Church to provide jobs  Assuming all these expectations are granted, what then will the individual do?

When people approach entrepreneurship with this crooked mentality and terribly mis-aligned mindset, failure and frustrations become dependable allies in their harvest vault! The most successful entrepreneurs in the world and through history are not a bunch of irresponsible individuals who permanently transferred their assignments and responsibilities to others while they relax and simply enjoy the pleasure that leads to doom.
